Welcome to NATCSD

The National Association of Tribal Child Support Directors (NATCSD) was established in 2006 as an association with the purpose of assisting directors of tribal child support programs with the everyday problems, and questions that arise from operating a tribal child support program so that they may do a better job in providing the needed services to tribal children and their families.

The NATCSD serves to work together to educate and communicate with federal and other agencies or entities regarding tribal child support programs. It is an excellent network resource for all Tribal Child Support Directors.

We welcome you to join our association to experience in the common passion we share to improve the lives of tribal children and their families nationwide.

Exciting Update for Tribal Child Support Programs!

We are thrilled to announce that the non-federal share requirement for operating a Tribal Child Support Program has been eliminated! This is a major opportunity for Tribes interested in establishing or enhancing their child support programs.

Why is this important?
The elimination of the non-federal share means Tribes no longer need to match federal funding, making it easier and more affordable to launch or improve your program.

How can we help?
Our association is here to support Tribes at every stage of the process, from applying for funding to building the framework of a successful program. If you’re interested in exploring this opportunity, don’t hesitate to reach out for assistance!

NATCSD Spring 2025 Meeting

Each tribal program is unique.

They have different procedures, and ways of operating. The NATCSD brings the directors together to discuss these different ideas, and share them with each other to help improve our programs, and improve the services we provide to our children, while building relationships with other tribes.

Our young people are our future

We must help them in any way we can to achieve their goals in life, and to become productive citizens, and members of their tribes.

The NATCSD helps do this.
